The Clean-Up Director is responsible for ensuring that all Ride Out of the Darkness® locations—including the starting site, rally site, and all event zones—are fully restored to their original condition immediately following the event. This role safeguards the reputation, integrity, and future venue relationships of Love Surrounds You® through an organized, respectful, and thorough teardown process. The Clean-Up Director is a critical operational function and the final act of professionalism, gratitude, and closure for the event.

The Kids & Family Area Coordinator plans, builds, and oversees all family-friendly spaces at Ride Out of the Darkness®. This role ensures children and families are supported in a way that is safe, structured, trauma-aware, and mission-aligned.

I’m a father of three who knows what it means to carry weight, protect what matters, and stand my ground when life hits hard. As a member of the Revolution Riders, I’ve built my life around showing up, stepping in, and handling what others won’t.

This mission isn’t a feel-good cause for me—it’s personal. I’ve lost friends to mental health battles. Real people. Strong people. The kind you’d never expect. And that sticks with you. It changes how you see things. It makes you realize how many fights are happening behind closed doors, in silence, where nobody’s checking in.

I’ve been all in on this from the beginning—proud to be part of this movement since the inaugural event in 2021. From day one, this has been about action, not talk.

That’s why I’m here. Not to sugarcoat it—this is about stepping up. It’s about breaking the stigma, calling it what it is, and making sure the people in our lives know someone’s got their back. It’s about having the guts to ask the hard questions and actually listen to the answers.

This organization stands for strength—the kind that refuses to ignore the signs, the kind that reaches out, and the kind that doesn’t let people disappear without a fight. I’m here to be that voice, that presence, and that reminder that even in the darkest moments, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go out like that.
