Surrounded by Love, Circles of Support

The mission of Love Surrounds You™ Support Circles is to provide safe, compassionate, and empowering spaces for individuals impacted by suicide—from grieving families and loved ones, to veterans and survivors navigating their own mental health journeys. Through connection, storytelling, and holistic support, we help each person reclaim their strength, restore meaning, and remember they are never alone in their healing. Together, we rise through empathy, resilience, and unconditional love.

We envision a world where every person affected by suicide—whether through loss, lived experience, or silent struggle—feels seen, supported, and surrounded by love. Our vision is to transform grief into growth, trauma into purpose, and isolation into deep human connection. By fostering brave conversations, community healing, and personal awakening, we aim to spark a movement where hope lives, healing multiplies, and love leads the way forward.

💜 Circle of Support: For Individuals Navigating Grief

This weekly group is for those who have lost someone they love — a child, sibling, partner, friend, family member, or anyone to suicide. Whether the loss was recent or years ago, you're welcome here.

We meet every Tuesday at 6:30 PM Eastern on Zoom in a private, supportive circle of no more than 13 participants per session.

This is not therapy — it's a space to connect, reflect, and be surrounded by others who understand. Come as you are — whether you’re ready to share, just want to listen, or need quiet support.

You’re encouraged to attend as many Tuesdays as you’d like during your own grief journey. Each session is guided by a trained facilitator using our 52-week healing curriculum - Includes a simple one-page weekly worksheet so you can follow along, reflect, and track your journey — no matter what week you begin.

Optional: Become a certified facilitator and bring the Circle of Support to your own community.

💜 Circle of Support: For Those Healing From Darkness

This weekly group is for individuals who are currently struggling with intense emotional pain, hopelessness, or thoughts of giving up. Whether you're in the thick of it or slowly climbing out, you're not alone—and you're welcome here.

We meet every Wednesday at 6:30 PM Eastern on Zoom in a private, supportive circle of no more than 13 participants per session.

This is not therapy — it’s a confidential, nonjudgmental space to simply be. Whether you need to cry, speak, sit silently, or feel less alone, you are seen and supported here. Come as you are—no expectations, no pressure.

You’re encouraged to attend as many Wenesdays as you’d like during your own healing journey. Each session is guided by a trained facilitator using our 52-week healing curriculum - Includes a simple one-page weekly worksheet so you can follow along, reflect, and track your journey — no matter what week you begin.

Optional: Become a certified facilitator and bring the Circle of Support to your own community.

💜 Circle of Support: For Veterans and Military

This group is created exclusively for veterans and active-duty military who are carrying deep emotional pain, trauma, or grief. Whether your wounds are visible or invisible, whether the loss or darkness is recent or decades old—you are not alone.

This will be a private weekly Zoom group built for connection, reflection, and healing with others who understand the unique experiences of military service.

🔜 Coming Soon — This group will officially launch soon. In the meantime, you’re warmly invited to join our “Circle of Support: For Those Healing from Darkness” held every Wednesday at 6:30 PM Eastern.

That space holds room for anyone in the thick of the struggle, and it’s a safe place to listen, speak, or just be.

You’ll never be expected to talk. You’re encouraged to attend as many sessions as feel right for you. Healing isn’t linear—and you won’t walk it alone.
