RIDE START LOCATION:
Auburndale Speedway.
5640 E County Rd 542. Winter Haven. FL 33880.
RIDE END & RALLY LOCATION:
SUN n FUN Expo Campus. Hangar A.
4075 James C. Ray Dr. Lakeland. FL 33811.
Important. Early registration event t shirts must be picked up at Auburndale Speedway by 9:00am.
EVENT DAY SCHEDULE:
Same day registration. 8:00am to 9:00am.
Blessing of the bikes and all riders. 9:30am.
Safety briefing. 9:45am.
KSU. 10:00am. Escorted ride departs to SUN n FUN Expo Campus. Hangar A.
Rally hours. 11:00am to 3:00pm.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE RALLY: (Free Admission)
- A fully escorted ride followed by a high energy community rally.
- Food trucks. Entertainment. Music. Guest speakers.
- 50/50 cash raffle and raffle baskets.
- 90 plus vendors and resources. Including merch vendors, community vendors, and sponsor activations.
- A strong presence of community resource vendors focused on mental health support, loss awareness, veteran support, grief support, and local services that help people find real next steps.
- A merch and marketplace zone packed with apparel, biker gear, makers, and small businesses.

- Early registration saves you money on ride tickets and event t shirts.
- Early registration helps us plan staffing, check in flow, police escort coordination, and venue logistics.
- Early registration helps us order the right number of event t shirts and reduces last minute shortages.
- Early registration keeps the line moving faster on event morning so you spend less time waiting and more time riding and enjoying the rally.
- Early registration directly strengthens the impact Love Surrounds You® can make in our community.
WHERE DO FUNDS GO:
- Ride Out of the Darkness® is a fundraiser that supports Love Surrounds You®.
- Proceeds help fund our scholarship and support efforts that connect individuals and families to mental health resources and services.
- Funds also help cover the real costs required to run a safe fully escorted event, including permits, coordination, venue expenses, insurance, equipment, and event logistics.
- After event expenses are covered, remaining funds support local outreach, resource partnerships, and community support initiatives through Love Surrounds You®.
HELPFUL NOTES:
- All participants must complete required waivers and follow event safety guidelines.
- All passengers must register separately.
- 3-wheel vehicles register under motorcycle pricing.
- Kids 15 and under are free.
