Ride Out of the Darkness® is a high-energy rally bringing together riders, vendors, and the community for a day of connection, awareness, and impact.

Vendors are a key part of the experience, from retail and food to wellness and community resources.

IMPORTANT

Space is limited and all vendors are carefully reviewed to ensure a strong, balanced event experience.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

  2. Applications are reviewed and approved

  3. If approved, you will receive a link to select your booth location

  4. Payment is required to secure your spot

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Booth fees include your raffle basket contribution
• Food & beverage vendors must provide insurance and required permits
• We limit duplicate vendors to maintain variety
• You’ll receive event details and setup instructions after approval
