JT (Jeremiah) Brill
Route, Safety & Law Enforcement Director
What is the Route, Safety & Law Enforcement Director?
The Route, Safety & Law Enforcement Director ensures that every rider, driver, escort, and volunteer moves in coordinated flow from the starting location to the rally site—safely, legally, and on time. This role unifies law enforcement escorts, motorcycle clubs, Jeep and car groups, volunteer parking teams, and on-route communicators into one synchronized operation. The goal is a professional, secure, and empowering experience that honors every participant and minimizes risk. The Ride Out of the Darkness procession should appear organized, protected, and flawless—because it is.
Jeremiah Brill is a dedicated General Manager at Crash Champions, bringing leadership, experience, and a people-first mindset to his work. At 49 years old, he has built his career on accountability, resilience, and a commitment to doing things the right way—both professionally and personally.
Beyond his role in the automotive industry, Jeremiah is deeply passionate about mental health and suicide awareness. Now in his third year participating in Ride Out of Darkness®, he actively supports efforts to bring visibility, understanding, and hope to those facing mental health challenges. This cause is more than a commitment—it reflects his personal journey and his desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Jeremiah believes in the power of community, conversation, and showing up for people when it matters most. Through both his professional leadership and personal advocacy, he continues to stand for strength, compassion, and the importance of never facing struggles alone.
