ROLE PURPOSE
Seeks and secures donated items, gift cards, services, and experiences for raffle baskets and fundraising efforts that support the Love Surrounds You™ mission, including scholarships and mental health assistance.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Proactively recruits donated items and services year-round
• Builds long-term relationships with businesses, organizations, and individuals
• Identifies donations that support raffle baskets, event fundraising, or broader LSY™ needs
• Tracks donations and donor information accurately
• Communicates donation details to Raffle and Booth Coordinators
• Helps ensure donated items align with mission and audience interests

TIME COMMITMENT
• 12 month commitment
• Average 2–4 hours per month
• Ongoing outreach and follow-up
• Increased involvement closer to event

SUPPORT & STRUCTURE
• Reports to Raffle Director or Fundraising Leadership
• Supported by donation request templates and tracking systems

ROLE PURPOSE
Oversees planning and execution of the Love Surrounds You™ booth, ensuring it is fully staffed, organized, and effective in fundraising and engagement on event day.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Plans layout and operations of the LSY™ booth
• Recruits and schedules volunteers to staff the booth
• Coordinates sale of raffle baskets, T-shirts, and LSY™ merchandise
• Works with Donation Seeker and T-Shirt Coordinators
• Ensures volunteers are trained and supported
• Oversees booth flow and accountability on event day

TIME COMMITMENT
• 10–12 month commitment
• Average 2–4 hours per month
• Increased involvement final 2–3 months
• Event-day presence required

SUPPORT & STRUCTURE
• Reports to Raffle Director
• Supported by Operations, Merch, and Finance teams

• Trains volunteers on how to sell raffle tickets effectively
• Tracks ticket sales and funds collected per volunteer
• Ensures all monies are properly documented and secured
• Coordinates with Finance team and Rally Site Coordinator
