These roles help guide and support each Ride Out of the Darkness® chapter. Chapter Leaders work as a team and are never expected to do everything alone. Training, systems, and support are provided. All Chapter Leadership roles are 12-month commitments designed to support steady monthly planning and team continuity. Time commitment varies by role.
